HUMANIZE

Our History

Cloudbreak was formed by bringing together two industry leaders, Martti (the leading Video Remote Interpreting pioneer) and Carenection (the first Telemedicine market network) to deliver unified telehealth solutions to hospitals nationwide. Founded in 2003 to provide video remote interpreting services (VRI) and over the phone interpreting (OPI) to medical facilities around the country, Cloudbreak has been a pioneer and has driven the market's evolution.

Carenection began as the technology arm of Language Access Network. Through the growth of LAN, Carenection became the most widely utilized telehealth network in the country. We have built on that technology and expertise to create the current Cloudbreak technical platform and network.

A leader in the virtual interpretation business that offers more than 250 languages at the push of a button. We know that enabling understanding between clinician and patient is incredibly important. Communication is the #1 diagnostic tool a provider has in caring for the patients and is fundamental to building a trusted encounter.
