Unification of two solutions will streamline care

Hackensack, NJ and El Segundo, CA – June 6, 2019 – Vidyo, Inc. (Enghouse Vidyo) a leader in embedded video technology, and Cloudbreak Health, LLC, a leader in unified telemedicine solutions, announced a strategic agreement to jointly market the Vidyo telemedicine user experience with the award winning MARTTI (My Accessible Real-Time Trusted Interpreter) Video Medical Interpreting service.

The two organizations plan to collaborate to bring a unified experience to their combined customers. Together the solutions will provide streamlined access to certified, medically trained video interpreters within Vidyo-enabled telemedicine consultations, and also allow MARTTI end-points already deployed in over 1,000 institutions across the country access to the Vidyo telemedicine infrastructure.

“Empathy between clinician and patient is a critical component of care,” according to Sam Waicberg, SVP Business Development and Partnerships, Enghouse Vidyo. “The video channel offers the non-verbal communication that is available during in person visits, and our partnership with Cloudbreak Health allows clinicians to deliver that experience on video in the patients’ own language. This further extends Vidyo’s ability to enrich people’s lives in the moments that matter most.”

The two organizations will market the joint solution first to their shared clients including a number who have expressed interest in adopting the technologies.

“This partnership will enhance both companies’ abilities to provide unified telemedicine solutions that deliver improved telehealth workflows with language services while increasing access to care and driving improved satisfaction and efficiency for both patients and their clinicians,” said Cloudbreak CEO Jamey Edwards.
